~ TERMS AND CONDITIONS ~

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of cleaning services by The Elite Clean to the client. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Payment Terms

• Payment Upon Completion: Full payment for services rendered is due on the day of the cleaning. Payments must be made on-site upon completion of the job.

• Late Payment Fees: For new clients, if the invoice is not settled within 48 hours of the cleaning, a late fee of $10 will be applied to the outstanding balance for each day the invoice remains unpaid. Continued non-payment may result in suspension or termination of future services.

2. Property Access & Requirements

• Property Availability: The property should be empty and free from personal items or obstructions to allow for eective cleaning. If any areas are o-limits or inaccessible, please notify us in advance.

• Property Access: The property must be accessible at the agreed time. If we are unable to access the property due to key issues, locked gates, or any other reasons, the cleaning will be rescheduled at your expense.

• Driveway Access: For change-over cleans or large jobs requiring heavy equipment, there must be adequate access from the driveway to the property. We require space to unload and move equipment safely. Please ensure there are no obstructions blocking the path.

3. Presence of Clients During Cleaning

• Preferred Absence: We prefer that no one is present during the cleaning process. This allows us to perform our tasks eciently and without interruptions. If you or others must be present, we ask that you provide clear instructions and respect the cleaning crew’s work environment.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. If notice is not given, a cancellation fee of 50% of your original booking cost will apply.

5. Damage and Liability

• Liability: We will take all reasonable care when cleaning your property. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage caused by fragile items that were not moved or covered prior to cleaning.

6. Client Responsibility

• Special Requests: If you have any special requests regarding the cleaning, please inform us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate these requests, but we cannot guarantee the outcome if the request requires specialized equipment or materials.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

• Privacy: We respect your privacy and confidentiality. We will not share or disclose any personal information regarding your property, contact details, or cleaning preferences unless required by law.

8. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you prior to your next scheduled service.
